What the tape shows
Patient runner who possess elite vision and cutting ability. Sets up blocks with subtle movements and has a keen understanding on how to manipulate defenders leverages. Has top end speed to be an elite home run hitter and can catch out of the backfield. Former #4 player in the country in HS, Brandon Hood is an extremely explosive and dynamic running back. As a scout team RB for Colorado last season he constantly made big plays against a much improved Colorado defense. He suffered a major knee injury his JR year of HS but looks fully back to form. Can be an elite threat in the passing game as well.
