What the tape shows

A good athlete, CJ is a less than dynamic run first QB. The system he ran in Buffalo did not have him read 3 levels of the defense, and was designed to give him quick easy reads. Throws a nice catchable ball with great touch. Does not transfer weight from back half exceptionally well, and underthrows his receivers as a result. Has good ability to escape but not a super dynamic athlete.
