What the tape shows

Joey has very well timed throws that are outside the numbers on short to intermediate routes. Throws in the middle of the field that are layered tend to hang in the air with diminished accuracy. I did not see many times where he was forced to go through a progression which is concerning as a seasoned QB. One particular play that popped out was a corner back attempting to jump a swing route from the RB and didn't target the fly route by the boundary WR. Seeing a cover 2 type situation failed to recognize the weakness and decided to dumb off the pass to his TE who had not make it pass the linebackers.
