What the tape shows
Grade isn't fully accurate due to lack of film, not able to see many tackling or zone reps, mainly just coverage. At his best in press man, stays patient to his leverage and doesn't bite on first outside move, has length and strength to disrupt WR at line. In off-man he is patient and stays square but doesn't always accelerate out of his breaks how I'd like to see. Went back and watched his film at Valparaiso and saw much better breaks and extremely high IQ in coverage, understands when to sit down on routes and ability to sink his hips and run route for the WR. Does a good job collisioning Wr's but can stay locked on for too long at times and will draw penalties doing that at the next level.
